Ricardo Montalban passed away yesterday at the age of 88. Montalban got his start as an MGM contract player, essaying many “Latin Lover” roles, but is remembered by most as Mr. Roarke from TVs Fantasy Islandor as Captain Kirk’s nemesis Kahn in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Kahn (1982).
