Best Worst Movie, the documentary about Troll 2 (1990) made its debut at SXSW recently. Michael Paul Stephenson (Troll 2’s young star) takes an in depth look at the cult status the film has recently attained. Everyone here at CCT is a fan of this unbelievably bad little horror movie and can’t wait to see Stephenson’s take on the strange phenomenon that is Troll 2.

Sadly, the Wonder Woman poster featuring Transformers actress Megan Fox was an online hoax. You can learn more about the artist and his ruse by clicking here. The Robert Rodriguez/Rose McGowan re-imagining of Robert E. Howard’s Red Sonja is currently in pre-production and should hit theatres in late ‘09 or early 2010.

The 1981 slasher flick My Bloody Valentine featured a miner that had a pick-axe to grind with the inhabitants of a small town on the eve of Valentines Day. A 3-D remake, starring Jensen Ackles of TV’s Supernatural, hits theatres Jan. 16th. Below is the trailer for the original.
